Research Interests
- My research interests center around systematic function-based design of products (complex engineering systems), multifunctional material concepts, and associated embodiment design-processes in an integrated fashion from a systems perspective.
- Specifically, my research is focused on:
- function-based concept generation and evaluation,
- innovation management,
- robust concept exploration to manage uncertainty and complexity, as well as
- integrated product, process, and materials design.
